Web Development

Marketing sites, portals, and web applications that load fast on real networks, read well to search engines, and are genuinely editable by the people who own the content.

The problem

A beautiful site that nobody can find or edit is a liability

Plenty of websites look excellent in a design review and fail in the places that matter: four seconds to first paint on a mid-range phone, headings that make no structural sense to a crawler, and a content model so rigid that every copy change becomes a developer ticket.

The cost compounds quietly. Marketing stops shipping pages because the process is painful, organic traffic plateaus, and the site drifts further from what the business is actually selling.

Our approach

Fast, findable, and editable - in that order of difficulty

We render content on the server and ship as little JavaScript to the browser as the experience genuinely needs. Interactivity is added deliberately, at the component level, rather than hydrating an entire page to animate one panel.

Technical SEO is built in from the first route: semantic structure, unique metadata per page, canonical URLs, a generated sitemap, structured data where it is factually supported, and crawlable navigation that does not depend on client-side scripting.

On the content side we model the real editorial objects - services, case studies, articles, authors - so the people who own the words can publish without a deployment, and so the same content can be reused across the site without being duplicated.

Deliverables

What you actually receive

Illustrative artifacts from a typical engagement. The exact set is agreed during discovery and written into the statement of work.
  1. 01

    Design system in code

Tokens, typography scale, and components - so new pages stay consistent without a designer reviewing every one.

  2. 02

    Page templates and content model

Reusable templates mapped to editorial objects your team can create and edit independently.

  3. 03

    Technical SEO foundation

Per-route metadata, canonicals, sitemap, robots rules, structured data, and Open Graph images.

  4. 04

    Measured performance budget

Core Web Vitals checked on throttled mobile, with the headroom documented so later additions do not silently erode it.

  5. 05

    Accessibility pass

Keyboard paths, focus order, contrast, landmarks, and screen-reader behavior checked against WCAG 2.2 AA.

Engagement

How a project in this area runs

Tailored to this service rather than a generic four-box process diagram.
  1. 01

    Audit and content strategy

What the current site earns today, which pages matter, what the information architecture should be, and which content needs rewriting rather than migrating.

  2. 02

    Design system and key templates

We design and build the hardest page first, establishing the visual and technical system the rest inherits.

  3. 03

    Build and migrate

Remaining templates, content migration with redirects mapped from the old URLs, and editorial training.

  4. 04

    Launch and measure

Staged cutover, Search Console and analytics verification, performance validation, and a post-launch crawl to catch anything missed.

Questions

What clients ask about Web Development

Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?

It can, and the usual cause is avoidable: lost URLs, dropped metadata, or thinner content. We map every existing URL to its replacement with permanent redirects, preserve or improve on-page content for pages that already rank, and run a crawl comparison before and after cutover. We cannot guarantee rankings, but we can remove the self-inflicted risks.

Can our marketing team edit pages without us?

Yes - that is a design goal rather than an add-on. We model content as structured objects with clear fields and guardrails, so editors can publish confidently without being able to break the layout.

Do you work with our existing site?

Often, yes. If the current framework can support the experience you need, improving it is usually faster and cheaper than replatforming. We will say so honestly after an audit, even when a rebuild would be the larger project for us.

How do you keep the site fast after launch?

A documented performance budget plus automated checks in the deployment pipeline, so a heavy third-party script or an unoptimized image fails review rather than quietly degrading the site over months.
